Return/Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges on items purchased from glercbikes.com are accepted within (45) forty-five days from the original date of purchase.

Returned items must be in new, unused, resalable condition and contain all original parts and accessories.

Unless we shipped the wrong item or the product you received is damaged, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for returned items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

For products with quality problems, we will return or exchange them free of charge.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost during return shipping, packages that are refused return to the sender, or packages that have not been contacted for return approval.

PLEASE NOTE: This return policy applies to direct shipments from Glercbikes.com. Items returned MUST be returned unused in new condition with all manufacturer’s packaging included. Please package your returns carefully, as we will not accept returns that show signs of assembly, use, or damage.
