As bicycles are oversized items with high shipping costs, we kindly request that customers make their purchase decisions with careful consideration. Rest assured, free returns and exchanges are always available for any quality issues or items lost in transit. For returns not related to items lost in transit or quality issues, a 15% handling fee applies to helmets and bikes.
Note: Please contact customer service before taking any action. We are not responsible for lost packages during returns, refused packages, or any actions taken without prior authorization.
In addition, for items with quality defects or damaged outer packaging, we also provide a more eco-friendly option: Donating the Product.

All clearance items (40% off or more) are final sale. Returns are not accepted. Free replacements will be offered in case of quality or shipping problems. Please choose carefully.

Accessories
Returns only for quality issues or items lost in transit. Due to the high risk of damage, loss, and difficulty verifying unused condition, other returns will incur a 50% fee. Please purchase carefully.

Print the return form provided by customer service and attach it to the packaged item.

Use the shipping info from the form to return the item to us at a nearby courier location.
When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
- If you don't see the refund within that time, please allow a bit more time, as processing may vary.
- If the refund still hasn’t arrived, contact your bank or credit card company to check the status.

15-Day Price Protection
If your item goes on sale during the protection period, we’re happy to refund the difference. Simply reach out to our support team with your order info. The item must be the same and currently in stock.
